The last stop of our trip in Romania was the city of Targu Mures. The only time I have been here before was with work, helping organize a Chris Norman (Smokie) concert. That short trip in Targu Mures didn't give me any chance to actually see the city so I was happy to visit it again.
We didn't spend the night, but we enjoyed the city center and had a nice lunch, complete with one of my childhood's most beloved desserts: waffle and cream.
As we made our way back to my hometown of Arad, we chose a more picturesque road, trough the Apuseni mountains. There was wild nature and tiny villages. And people working their fields. It was beautiful!
